HCTM Outpatient Pharmacy Department consists of:
- Main Outpatient Pharmacy
- First Floor Satellite Pharmacy
- Pediatrics, O&G and Nephrology Pharmacy (PONS)
- Accident & Emergency Pharmacy
- Non-Formulary (NF) Pharmacy
- Pusat Perubatan Primer, Plaza Dwitasik Pharmacy.
1. Main Outpatient Pharmacy
This is the biggest pharmacy unit located at Ground Floor HCTM and consists of 8 dispensing counters to cater almost 800 patients every day. Main Outpatient Pharmacy serve patients from ground floor clinics namely Klinik Perubatan 1, Klinik Perubatan 2, Surgery Clinic and Orthopedic Clinic as well as patients from Endoscopy Center and Klinik Warga.

2. First Floor Satellite Pharmacy
This satellite pharmacy cater patients from first floor clinics which are Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Clinic, Opthtalmology Clinic, Psychiatry Clinic, Maxilofacial and Oral Surgery Clinic, and Oncology Clinic.

3. Pediatrics, O&G and Nephrology Pharmacy (PONS)
Started from three separate pharmacies combined into one in 2nd August 2011, this pharmacy cater patients from Obstetric & Gynecology (O&G) Clinic, Pediatric Clinic and Nephrology & SLE Clinic. This is the second biggest satellite outpatient pharmacy with average 300 patients per day. It also cater patients with repeated prescriptions who are discharged from Medical 3 (6F) Ward.

4. Accident & Emergency Pharmacy
This unit supplies medications to patients who are newly discharged from wards and patients from accident & emergency department.
Operation Hours:
Everyday including weekends and public holidays: 8.00 am – 12.00 am
5. Non-Formulary (NF) Pharmacy
NF Pharmacy was developed for patients to buy medications which are not listed in the Hospital Formulary. NF Pharmacy only receive prescriptions from HCTM, Pusat Perubatan Primer Dwitasik, Klinik Kesihatan Batu 9 Cheras and Klinik Kesihatan Batu 14 Hulu Langat. The medications are sold lower than market price to reduce the burden of the patient and can be paid via cash and debit/credit card (subjected to terms and conditions). Consignments such as glucometer set, blood pressure monitoring set, and over-the-counter products are sold by cash due to no allocations from the hospital for these items. Starting from February 2014, all medications related to Medically Assisted Conception (MAC) Clinic is handled by NF Pharmacy.
UKM and HCTM staff with the ID card are entitled for 10% discount.
NF Pharmacy also handles patients who are referred to Medical Social Work Services (Jabatan Kerja Sosial Perubatan).

6. Pusat Perubatan Primer, Plaza Dwitasik Pharmacy
This is the only satellite pharmacy located outside the HCTM compound to serve residents near Bandar Sri Permaisuri to help to reduce the traffic inside hospital compound.
