Announcement of Closure of Primary Care Centre UKMMC, PPUKMPrimary Medical Center, Bandar Tasik Selatan as the clinic is moving to a new location at Bandar Seri Permaisuriand Transfer of Primary Care Services
Primary Care Centre UKMMC in Bandar Tasik Selatan has been closed on 1st August 2016. This clinic is in the process of moving to the new location at Plaza Dwitasik, Bandar Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur and the clinic has also been renamed to Primary Care Clinic UKMMC Cheras.
The current primary care service will be temporarily ceased to facilitate the process of movement from 1 August 2016 until 31 August 2016. The clinic will begin operations at the new location on 1st September 2016.
Meanwhile, for patients who receive follow-up care from this clinic can get their supply of medications using the previous prescription at the Main Pharmacy UKMMC which is located on the ground floor of the hospital. The medications will be supplied for one month or until their next appointment. Patients and family members are advised to get a new date for their appointment starting from 5th September 2016. For blood testing prior to clinic appointment, patients can have blood taking done at the Phlebotomy Unit UKMMC which is also located on the ground floor of the hospital. If a patient requires any treatment such as acute or emergency treatment, it can be obtained from nearby hospitals or clinics such as Bandar Tun Razak Health Clinic, Cheras Health Clinic and Sungai Besi Health Clinic.
