INCREASE SENSE OF EMPLOYEES IN SERVICE CENTER ENDOSCOPIC
INTRODUCTION
Programme work is carried out is to increase self-esteem and teamwork Endoscopy Service Centre staff than discuss about service improvements and lessons in Endoscopy Service Centre. This is in line with the motto PPUKM towards better quality of service, excellence and latest. Thus, the programme’s work is also held as to provide space for staff and experts involved in discussing matters related to teaching and education services and Endoscopy Service Centre more regularly.
OBJECTIVES
- It is a programme that will be conducted every year, which allows everything can be discussed together with the staff and physicians, for the purpose of continuous improvement.
- Provide opportunities for employees to give their opinions and ideas to raise the name of Endoscopy Service Centre in particular and any subsequent general UKM Medical Centre.
- Provide exposure to staff to enhance their knowledge and can become a staff that can make UKM Medical Centre to strengthen the identity and spirit of teamwork staff in managing services to the patients as well as in improving the quality of work, as well as teaching and research.
- Award ceremony for the Outstanding Employee Award in Endoscopy Service Center. This event is held every staffs work is carried out, this is because of increasing staffs motivation to work better and this staff efficient. Votes by experts and staffs at the Endoscopy Service Center.

OPEN DAY PROGRAM FORUM WITH CUSTOMER : Prof.Madya Datuk Dr Ismail Sagap
- Reports Self Improvement (team buliding) Secretariat: National Sports Council Coach Team building program was carried out on 29 November 2014, time 2.30 pm with jungle tracking program over 3 up to 5 km at the base of the mountain, Saujana shavings, Jasin, Melaka.Secretariat appointed a former commando, Mr. Jamal of the National Sports Council of your group of participants in Woods.We exposed to various types of forest vegetation and also a way to survival in forest.Experience very interesting when we get a variety of experiences as well as relieve and soothe the mind of busy work.The second team building program is Flying fox and abseiling, that we play on the second day of 30 November 2014 8:30 time morning.Experience interesting is that participants emphasized the bravery to do something and do not be afraid to survival.This important for identifying improvements to work in conditions of stress or depressed, so employees do not panic and stay calm in handling a problems. Thus this activity can also reinforces the nature of helping the participants and discard arrogance and selfish.
Feedback Master Surgery Endoscopy Hands on Workshop

Presented by AMO Zulkifli Mohd Zain for two years, namely 2013 and 2014.
Attachment Master Surgery will be given log book ie they must perform the procedure at least 10 cases of colonoscopy and other incidentals such cases OGDS.Others EUS, ERCP and Manometry.Anothers master program of attachment surgery, which involves the attachment surgeon, doctor and GIA (Nurse, Assistant Medical Officer) there is a present to the Endoscopy Service Center to undergo practical training.
According to Zulkifli AMO large percentage attachment surgery is master of the campus and a total of 45 responses were collected. Most feedback is positive.Thus there also provide opinion and comments improvement of requests that can be added cases and OGDS.Others Colonoscopy, they also requested that academic staff can provide an entire instructional day of the week during a training run. Besides, most of them also requested that management Endoscopy Service Center can provide lunch to participants of the training.
Another problem in the presentation of AMO Zulkifli is the competition participants campus training with internal trainers who sometimes do not give participants a chance to do this endoscopy.Problems procedure will be resolved by giving priority to training participants and will circulate a memo to all involved.
Proposed Improvements Master Surgery Endoscopy Hands On Workshop

Chairman of the meeting, Prof. Datuk Dr. Ismail Sagap give suggestions and determined that this exercise can be carried out every week (weekdays) according to the schedule will given. Total attendance per week must not exceed 3 persons and not less than 2 person. Priority given to students master surgery 3rd years and 4th years. Every attachment shall make a minimum of 10 cases and if the case does not meet the criteria and conditions then he asked that they would repeat attachment. Management of Endoscopy Service Centre will invite each participant is eligible to enroll participants withdrew at the end of the week should be re empty and cannot deduct the schedule of others.
The Chairman also suggested that management Endoscopy Service Center can provide food such as bread, butter, biscuits and water for participants of this training and provide space for them.
There is also a doctor from outside the hospital who wish to undergo training at Hands On The Endoscopy Service Centre, but the chairman asked them asked by management UKM Medical Centre before the need to send a letter and follow the procedure is given to the master permissions. Priority given to surgery UKM, USM, UM and UIA only.
According to the chairman of each of the cases they do there must be monitoring of consultants who have a license and does not allow the case to be made without the presence of an expert.
OPEN DAY PROGRAMME FORUM WITH CUSTOMER

Chairman of the meeting proceed with the next agenda of the discussion on the open day with Endoscopy Service Centre clients. This programme will expected to be held in 2015.
He suggested that the day choosen for implementation on Monday, 9 am until 12 pm because Monday is the day many patients who attend for an appointment. Place implementation of programming is in the Main Lobby of the Clinical Building.
Among they must have in the Forum Open Day Customer Service Center Endoscopy is the Forum, poster, video demonstrations OGDS and colonoscopy, sampling M2PK, UBT and also all of the fibers held teachings. Involvement is free.
Consultant who should be involved and was appointed Prof. Dr Raja Affendi Raja Ali of Gastroenterology Unit and Surgeons of Hepatobilliary unit, Upper GI and Colorectal. Appointment Letter should be given to those involved.
In addition there is also the chairman of the committee appoints members to help launch. Name appointed travel program is Committe, Mrs. Eliza Nadia, Mrs. Kasnira and AMO Zulkifli and Secretariat is Mrs. Norzaliza Zahari. The Chairman requested that the Committee be appointed to make advertising and announcements in respect of these activities both within and outside Endoscopy Service Centre.
The Chairman also suggested that provide various leaflets on procedures performed at the Endoscopy Services Centre for providing knowledge to customers.In addition accurate information can also be delivered to the patient, especially regarding the charges and procedures.
