e-MASS (electronic Medical Automation Supply System) is operated by Oratis Services SB. Prior to e-MASS, retirees had to firstly purchase their medication and thereafter submit a refund from JPA.

Thus with e-MASS:

  • retiree is able to get their medication without having to pay from Kedai Farmasi OR
  • obtain supply of medicine or medical devices through a network of retail pharmacy registered under Oratis without having to pay for it

Who is eligible?  PENSIONER:

  1. Federal Civil Service
  2. Member of Parliament
  3. Federal Political Secretary
  4. High Court, Appeal and Federal Judges
  5. Statutory Bodies: BERNAS, KTM, TELEKOM, UDA, POS
  6. Including registered dependents.

The required documents

  1. Valid original HCTM prescription + 1 copy
  2. Completed 1/09 Medical Form.
  3. Copy of patient’s identity card / pensioner’s card
