Bengkel ini dihadiri oleh 27 peserta dari pelbagai unit di Pusat Terapi Sel, termasuk klinikal, makmal, dan pentadbiran. Objektif utama bengkel ini adalah untuk menyediakan laporan akhir tahun yang akan dihantar kepada Pejabat Pengarah. Laporan ini berfungsi sebagai rekod maklumat, bahan rujukan, dan untuk menyampaikan data mengenai hasil kerja, kewangan, prestasi, pencapaian, serta masalah yang dihadapi. Laporan tersebut juga bertujuan membantu pihak pengurusan dalam membuat keputusan penting.<\/p>\n<p>Setiap unit di Pusat Terapi Sel membentangkan pencapaian mereka mengikut format yang ditetapkan. Melalui bengkel ini, pihak pentadbiran dapat memperbaiki format laporan dan memastikan keselarasan dalam penyampaian maklumat. Selain itu, bengkel ini juga memberi ruang untuk merancang langkah-langkah bagi tahun 2025 bagi memastikan Pusat Terapi Sel terus mencapai kecemerlangan dalam mutu kerja.<\/p>\n<p><img
