Case Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the jerks won\u2019t stop\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Madam W, A 42-year-old lady presented with altered behavior for 4 days. At the ED, she was noticed to have jerky movement of of right lower limb for 2 minutes. She was unresponsive during the episode. She had another 2 episodes which lasted 30 mintues in total. On examination, GCS E4V4M6, BP 152\/90 mmHg, PR: 112\/min, T-39.2C RR 20\/min. No focal neurological deficit.<\/p>\n

Hb 14.1 g\/dL, WCC 11.1, Platelet 190,000; urea 8.2 mmol\/L, creatinine 64 \u03bcmol\/L, Na 146 mmol\/L, K 4.1 mmol\/L.<\/p>\n
