Kassim, Timbalan Naib Canselor (Akademik dan Antarabangsa), selaku wakil Naib Canselor Universiti Kebangsaan\u00a0Malaysia\u00a0dan Presiden\u00a0Malaysian\u00a0Arthroscopy Society (MAS) Kolonel (B) Dr. Azmi Abdul Latif.\u00a0 Turut dihadiri Dekan, Fakulti Perubatan\u00a0UKM, YM Prof Dr. Raja Affendi Raja Ali\u00a0 sebagai saksi perjanjian tersebut,\u00a0 YBhg.Prof. Dato&#8217; Dr Hanafiah Harunarashid<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>Pro Naib Canselor (Kampus Kuala Lumpur), YBhg.Prof. Dr. Sharifa Ezat Wan Puteh, Timbalan Dekan (Jaringan &amp; Alumni), Prof. Madya Dr. Jamari Sapuan (Ketua Jabatan Ortopedik &amp; Traumatologi) dan jemputan khas YBhg. Profesor Emeritus Dato&#8217; Dr Mohamad Abdul Razak (Pengerusi Lembaga Pengarah Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia).
