{"id":2594,"date":"2024-03-27T00:50:29","date_gmt":"2024-03-27T00:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hctm.ukm.my\/kualiti\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2594"},"modified":"2024-03-27T00:50:29","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T00:50:29","slug":"bengkel-intensif-pengendalian-siasatan-maklum-balas-pelanggan","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/hctm.ukm.my\/kualiti\/news\/bengkel-intensif-pengendalian-siasatan-maklum-balas-pelanggan\/","title":{"rendered":"BENGKEL INTENSIF PENGENDALIAN SIASATAN MAKLUM BALAS PELANGGAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jabatan Kualiti, HCTM telah mengadakan Bengkel Intensif Pengendalian Siasatan Maklum Balas Pelanggan pada 30 dan 31 Januari 2024 bertempat di A<em>dvanced Surgical Skills Centre<\/em> (ASSC) dengan sasaran seramai 70 peserta melibatkan Pegawai Perhubungan Aduan (<em>Liaison Officer<\/em>) di setiap jabatan .\u00a0 Penceramah yang telah dijemput pada bengkel ini terdiri daripada Dr. Noor Asyikin selaku Menjalankan Tugas Ketua Jabatan Kualiti, Cik Nur Shuhada Abdul Hamid, Penolong Pendaftar Kanan Jabatan Kualiti dan Puan Siti Fairuz Mohd Saad, Penolong Pegawai Tadbir Kanan Jabatan Kualiti.
