The event was organised by the Department of Internal Medicine and was officiated by Dato \u2018Dr Hj Azman bin Hj Abu Bakar, Director of Medical Development Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia. The theme for this year\u2019s celebration is \u201cStroke is Treatable\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>KEKASIH, a support group for stroke survivors and caregivers based at the Department of Family Medicine\u2019s primary care clinic, participated in the event by putting up a booth to introduce the activities organised by the club, as well as to recruit new members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>KEKASIH president, Mr Palahuddin had the opportunity to brief the guest of honour, Dato \u2018Dr Hj Azman about the club and also present a souvenir of the club\u2019s KEKASIH t-shirt .
