Program ini dianjurkan untuk mempromosi cara pencucian tangan dengan betul kepada orang awam dan kakitangan. Program telah dirasmikan oleh Dr. Zairul Azwan Mohd Azman, Timbalan Pengarah (Perkhidmatan Perubatan).
