Kakitangan dan pelajar HCTM dan UKM yang berminat menyertai pertandingan ini dialu-alukan untuk menghantar video TIKTOK anda secara individu atau berkumpulan dengan menggunakan tema &#8216;Unite for safety: Clean your hands\u2019 dan video kreatif ini juga WAJIB menggunakan elemen Sambutan 25 Tahun HCTM.
