The initiative aims to equip healthcare personnel with the knowledge, awareness, and practical skills needed to address violence and intimidation in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Held over two days at the Auditorium,\u00a0 Chancellor Tuanku Ja\u2019afar Medical Education Complex, the workshop focused on fostering a safe, harmonious, and threat-free environment for healthcare professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivering the opening address, HCTM Director Dato\u2019 Dr. Azmi Baharudin affirmed that every staff member is entitled to work in a safe, dignified setting free from harassment and aggression.
