Kunjungan tersebut diketuai oleh Presiden kesatuan dari Turkiye, Encik Devlet Sert, manakala pihak MAPSU diketuai oleh Setiausaha MAPSU, Encik Reostam Bin Dzahar. Ketibaan delegasi telah disambut oleh Pengarah HCTM, YBhg. Dato\u2019 Dr. Azmi Baharudin, bersama barisan pengurusan hospital serta wakil KESUKMA UKM. Sesi perbincangan yang diadakan bukan sekadar pertemuan rasmi, malah menjadi medan perkongsian idea serta perbincangan mendalam mengenai agenda pemerkasaan kebajikan pekerja.
