Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), remains committed to strengthening a culture of excellence through the organisation of HCTM Quality Day 2025. The Official Opening Ceremony of HCTM Quality Day 2025 was held on 12 November 2025 (Wednesday) at the Auditorium, Kompleks Pendidikan Perubatan Canselor Tuanku Ja\u2019afar, HCTM.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony began with a welcoming speech by YBhg. Prof. Dr. Hamzaini Abdul Hamid, Deputy Director (Diagnostic, Pharmacy and Support Services) and Chairman of the HCTM Quality Day 2025 Committee, followed by the officiation of the event by YBhg. Dato\u2019 Dr. Azmi Baharudin, Director of HCTM. This programme serves as a platform to appreciate the contributions, dedication, and commitment of HCTM staff in strengthening the culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme, \u201cQuality: Think Differently\u201d, is aligned with the World Quality Day theme. It calls on HCTM staff to think beyond conventional boundaries, explore new approaches, and innovate in efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services. HCTM staff are encouraged to be more creative and innovative to ensure the organisation\u2019s relevance and excellence in navigating current challenges, including digitalisation, the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), and rising customer expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Activities held throughout the programme included the Customer Day Exhibition, Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) Convention, Briefing on Continuous Improvement Practices Through a Productive Work Environment, recreational activities, and Explorace, a Briefing on Internet of Things (IoT), the Pre-Quality Assurance (QA) Convention, as well as the HCTM Bitara and Quality Inspiration Awards Ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony was also attended by YBrs. Dr. Zairul Azwan Mohd Azman, Deputy Director (Medical Services), YBrs. Encik Mursidi Ahamad, Deputy Director (Administration), YBrs. Puan Wan Omi Wan Yussop, Head of Finance Department, YBrs. Puan Masrifah Zakaria, Head of Nursing Services Department, YBrs. Dr. Noor Asyikin Jasni, Head of Quality Department, Heads of Departments, and HCTM staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
