The event was officiated by YBrs. Puan Masrifah Zakaria, Head of Nursing Services Department, HCTM, representing HCTM Management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The seminar aimed to empower women to be more aware of and take better care of their health in a holistic manner, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects. With greater awareness, women are hoped to achieve optimal personal well-being, which will ultimately benefit their families and society at large.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event gathered over 150 participants, including HCTM healthcare staff and external attendees from various other healthcare institutions. Participating organisations included Hospital Seremban, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Hospital Selayang, and several private hospitals around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The diverse presence made the seminar a meaningful platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This seminar also provided valuable opportunities for participants to enhance their knowledge and build beneficial networks to advance the women\u2019s health agenda in the country.
