Senior citizens will also be honored with the presentation of daisies, symbolizing appreciation and respect. Additionally, patient wheelchair services will be provided for elderly patients to all their appointment locations using specially decorated wheelchairs to ensure their comfort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, HCTM will conduct face-to-face surveys to measure customer satisfaction at the JKP counter, to ensure the service quality consistently meets the needs of senior citizens and the wider community. Also present to show support were YBhg. Dato\u2019 Dr. Azmi Baharudin, Director of HCTM, YBrs. Associate Professor Dr. Jamari Sapuan, Deputy Director (Surgical Services), and YBrs.
