The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato\u2019 Dr. Azmi Baharudin, Director of HCTM. In his speech, the Director quoted the Malaysian Minister of Education, stating that education is about the formation of \u2018mind and character,\u2019 referring to the cultivation of admirable qualities, which includes the development of knowledge, character building, and refinement of manners and ethics to nurture a respectful and courteous generation. He also emphasized the importance of early education provided by educators to the children at the daycare, such as instilling good values and character in shaping them to grow into useful individuals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also present at the event were YBrs. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jamari Sapuan, Deputy Director (Surgical Services), YBrs. Dr. Zairul Azwan Mohd Azman, Deputy Director (Medical Services), YBhg. Prof. Dr. Hamzaini Abdul Hamid, Deputy Director (Diagnostic Services, Pharmacy, and Support), YBrs. Encik Mursidi Ahamad, Deputy Director (Administration), YBrs.
