Bhd., led by Mrs. Kho Yeck Lan and three (3) assessors, paid a visit to Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz to conduct the MS ISO 9001:2015 SPK HCTM Recertification Audit for three days from 21 to 23 February 2024. This audit is to renew the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which covers 26 scopes of assessment, namely 24 scopes of outpatient and inpatient care processes, clinical and non-clinical support, 1 scope of Human Resource Management, and 1 scope of Financial Management. The audit opening briefing was delivered by YBhg. Prof. Dato&#8217; Dr. Razman Jarmin, Director of HCTM, in the Board Meeting Room, HCTM. Present at the opening session of the audit was Assoc.
