  1. Obtain a specialist stamp from the relevant clinic on the original prescription<\/li>\n
  2. Bring along required documents to NF Pharmacy<\/li>\n
  3. Medicine supply for 2 months, excluding supplements, vitamins and consignment items<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    7. Hyaluronic Acid Inj: (> RM1,000\/inj)<\/li>\n
    8. Pharmacy NF Pharmacy send to BPP, MOH for approval<\/li>\n
    9. NF Pharmacy supplies as approved<\/li>\n
    10. Prescriptions worth> RM10,000 and Biologics<\/li>\n
    11. NF Pharmacy send to the Director\u2019s Office for approval<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
