Film Screening in conjunction with the Merdeka Celebration: Tanah Airku

For the first time, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz has organized the film screening ‘Penunggang Agama 2′ in conjunction with the Merdeka Program: Tanah Airku at the Auditorium, Chancellor Tuanku Ja’afar Medical Education Complex, HCTM, today. Penunggang Agama 2 is a film directed and screenplay by young director, Syafiq Yusof.

The screening of this film was enlivened with a special appearance, YBhg. Datuk Dr. Yusuf Haslam ACP (K), Director of Skop Productions Sdn Bhd accompanied by YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Azmi Baharudin, Director of HCTM. The cheers from the 270 spectators added to the atmosphere in the Auditorium. Speaking in the ceremony, the Director of HCTM expressed gratitude and thanks to Skop Productions for providing sponsorship to make this program a success. He added that the screening of this film is the first screening in collaboration with Skop Productions Sdn Bhd.

The screening was also graced by the presence of YBhg. Prof. Emeritus Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Abd. Razak, Chairman of UKM’s Board of Directors with his wife, YBhg. Datin Rokiah Yahya. Also present at the screening was YBhg. Prof. Datin Dr. Marina Mat Baki, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, management members, Heads of Departments and Skop Productions Sdn Bhd delegation.
