All referral cases must have a referral letter from an outpatient clinic or hospital.

Specialists Clinic

    • Specialists Clinic operate every day except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
    • Appointments will be set at specialists clinic available at HCTM and patients who have been given an appointment must be present on the scheduled day and time, to avoid any inconvenience. Appointment is usually required for a follow-up treatment.ly.

Emergency Medicine Department

Emergency Medicine Department operates 24 hours by providing treatment services to patients suffering from injuries, accidents and acute medical problems that require emergency treatment for the purpose of saving lives.

Warga Polyclinic

Warga Clinic is made available for UKM staff and their dependants only.

Day Care Centres

    • Multidisciplinary daycare centers is available from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm every day except for Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
    • Services provided include:
      1. Hemodialysis
      2. Daycare Oncology
      3. Daycare Medicine
      4. Daycare Surgery
      5. Daycare Psychiatric
      6. Daycare Obstetric And Gynecology
      7. Stoma And Wound Clinic
    • Services include observation, rehabilitation, local and general anaesthesia as well as specialized surgery or procedures.
    • Patient will be evaluated by a specialist / medical officer at the specialist clinic before an appointment is given for admission to the surgical day care.
    • All cases that require anaesthesia to undergo surgery is done in the early morning so that the patient can return home on the same day. for patients with certain problems they will need to be admitted to the relevant ward.
