HCTM patients seeking outpatient treatment can obtain their supply of medication at the Main Outpatient/Satellite Pharmacy. Here is the flow chart for obtaining the supply of medication

- See the doctor at the clinic. Blue appointment book is required
- Repeated medication. Original prescription is required
- Patients whose appointments are postponed or expired (non-valid) need to go to the clinic to request for a period of extension of the medication letter
- Patients who did not bring/lose the original medication letter (prescription) – will be given a copy of the medication letter but needs to see the Pharmacist for verification of the medication letter
- Kindly check your status before collecting the medication at Pharmacy near the finance counter
- FREE – Proceed to Primary Outpatient Pharmacy/ Satellite
- PAYMENT – Settle payment at the clinic counter/ finance counter (maximum RM80 for 2 months) and bring along this payment receipt to the Pharmacy Counter
- PANEL – Kindly verify at the Finance Counter before going to the Pharmacy
- Kindly obtain the queue number at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy/ Satellite
- Kindly wait for your turn to receive medication from the Formulary
- Should there be medication from Non-Formulary, patient would need to bring the prescription to NF Pharmacy before making purchase of the said medication
