Contribution of Medical Equipment Worth RM281,525 from Zurich Malaysia
Cheras 20 January 2022 – Zurich Malaysia today contributed 17 units of medical equipment to the Chancellor Tuanku Muhriz Hospital (HCTM) UKM to enhance the hospital’s capacity in providing better better medical care, especially to the local community and Malaysians.
The contribution in the form of 6 hydraulic patient beds, 5 regular patient beds, 5 Air Purifiers, and a Multi-Purpose Diagnostic Ultrasound System (High End) all worth RM281,525 was given according to the hospital’s specifications. Equipment donations will be used at the Emergency Department, Clinic & Ward, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Radiology Department. Zurich also donated 500 packs of food to the front iner staff here.
YBhg. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Razman Jarmin, Director of HCTM appreciated the efforts of Zurich Malaysia especially at the beginning of this new year which will surely make the contribution more meaningful. Also present were Zurich Malaysia Country Head Junior Cho and Chief Risk Officer & ZCW 2021 Committee Member Teresa Wong.
