Analisa lemak tubuh<br \/>\n2. Pameran poster pemakanan<br \/>\n3. Demonstrasi makanan sihat<br \/>\n4. Booth dan jualan \u2018high fibre foods\u2019<br \/>\n5. Pertandingan penyediaan makanan tinggi serat.<br \/>\n6. Jualan Buku<\/p>\n<p>Diharapkan program yang dianjurkan ini dapat meningkat kesedaran di kalangan masyarakat tentang kepentingan serat, seterusnya dapat diterapkan dalam diet
