Bhd.<\/p>\n<p>Bengkel ini bertujuan memberi pengetahuan dan pendedahan serta kesedaran kepada semua peserta tentang kepentingan penyediaan makanan yang bersih dan selamat. Peserta juga dapat mempelajari dan menekankan aspek-aspek asas dalam kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan serta mempelajari cara penyimpanan makanan yang betul dan cara menjaga kebersihan diri. Bengkel ini juga selaras dengan kehendak keperluan ISO dan MSQH.<\/p>\n<p>Jabatan telah menjemput En. Muhammad Sharif Mat Jamal, Penolong Pegawai Kesihatan Persekitaran dari Unit Kesihatan Awam, HCTM untuk menyampaikan ceramah bagi bengkel tersebut. Selain itu, 3 orang Penolong Pegawai Penyediaan Makanan dari JPDSM juga telah memberikan <em>Continuos Catering Updates <\/em>kepada peserta.<\/p>\n<p>Secara kesimpulannya, bengkel ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada peserta dan secara tidak langsung dapat memberikan perkhidmatan sajian makanan yang selamat &amp; berkualiti kepada pesakit di wad
