Jika tidak, ia seperti sebuah kereta yang dipandu tanpa minyak. Selain sebagai sumber tenaga, sarapan pagi yang mengandungi kalsium, zat besi, vitamin B, protein dan serat membantu membekalkan nutrisi yang diperlukan tubuh sepanjang hari.
